Mitel is an international high-tech communications company that hosts an annual Business Partner Conference.
The 2012 Conference took place at The Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego, California. The 2013 Conference happened at The Westin Diplomat Resort in Hollywood, Florida.
As the Creative Director, my team and I were responsible for creating a theme for the conference in addition to designing all components for branding the conference/hotel. This included:
promotion website, web ads, conference invitation/welcome packages, selecting prizes, hotel branding - banners, signs,
registration booths, conference booths, digital display graphics, Mitel employee clothing and graphics for a 60 foot presentation screen.
Seen here are images of Mitel’s central conference hub. Both 2012 and 2013 conference hub occupied 2500 square feet of space and featured a demonstration office, genius bar, lounge and demonstration pods.
